Przedstawienia teatralne budzą zawsze duże emocje wśród uczniów. Wymagają od nich zaangażowania, nauki tekstu, właściwej wymowy i nienagannej dykcji, a także umiejętności wcielania się w role. To wszystko łączy się z ekscytacją towarzyszącą przebieraniu się w sceniczne kostiumy. Nie bez znaczenia jest poszerzanie wiedzy literackiej i walor integracyjny. W przypadku odgrywania sztuk w języku obcym uczniowie poszerzają swoje słownictwo.
Co roku staram się inscenizować sztuki teatralne z moimi uczniami z SP nr 5 w Ostródzie.. Wybieramy je wspólnie, dostosowując do poziomu wybranej klasy.
W roku szkolnym 2021/2022 przygotowałam autorski scenariusz „Czerwonego Kapturka” w języku angielskim. Został on dostosowany do poziomu językowego dzieci z klas 3–4. Do przedstawienia dobrałam również muzykę podkreślającą atmosferę danych scen.
Bardzo trudno było mi znaleźć w Internecie scenariusz „Czerwonego Kapturka”, który byłby dostosowany do klas 3-4. Dlatego też postanowiłam stworzyć go sama – adaptując oryginalną bajkę – z delikatniejszym zakończeniem, ale z równie silnym morałem.
Przedstawienie zaprezentowane zostało całej społeczności szkolnej i rodzicom. Spotkało się z życzliwym przyjęciem i zainspirowało uczniów do udziału w kolejnych inscenizacjach.
Zachęcam do skorzystania ze scenariusza i myślę, że efekt końcowy zadowoli zarówno nauczycieli, jak i uczniów.
Little Red Riding Hood – playscript
Characters: Narrator, Little Red Riding Hood (LRRH), Mother, Wolf, Grandmother, Woodsman.
Scene 1
(music: Edward Grieg, Morgenstemning)
Narrator: Once upon a time there was a girl called Little Red Riding Hood. She lived with her mum in a small house in the forest. One day her mum told her that grandma is ill.
Mother: Your Grandma is ill. Take this basket and give it to her.
LRRH: Of course, Mother! I hope she’ll get better soon.
Mother: Remember my dear! Don’t stop in the forest and don’t talk to any strangers. Go straight to your grandma.
LRRH: Yes mother!
(music: Antonin Dvorak, Humoresque)
Scene 2
Narrator: Little Red Riding Hood went through the forest. She saw some flowers.
LRRH: What beautiful flowers! I will pick some for my Grandma!
Narrator: The girl was so busy that she didn’t see the Wolf coming.
Wolf (stalking): Good morning, Little Red Riding Hood!
LRRH (scared): Oh, good morning, Mr. Wolf.
Wolf: Don’t be scared, my love! I’m just an old wolf. Where are you going with this basket?
LRRH (relaxed): I’m going to my grandma’s house because she’s ill and alone.
Narrator: The Wolf was very hungry and wanted to eat Grandma, so he asked…
Wolf: Uuuuu, and where does your Grandma live?
LRRH: She lives across the forest in the little house.
Wolf: Pick her more flowers. She will be very happy when she sees them. Goodbye, Little Red Riding Hood!
LRRH: Goodbye!
Wolf (running): Hahahaha!
Narrator: And the Wolf run into the Grandma’s house.
(music: Edvard Grieg, In the hall of the mountain king)
Scene 3
Wolf: Knock, knock!
Grandma: Who’s there?
Wolf (pipingly): It’s me, Little Red Riding Hood!
Grandma: Oh, that’s you. I’m so ill and I can’t stand up. Come in my little angel, the door is open!
Wolf (getting into the house and eating Grandma. Grandma is screaming)
(music: Antonio Vivaldi, Storm)
Wolf: Now I dress as Grandma and wait for the girl!
Narrator: A few minutes later Little Red Riding Hood arrived.
LRRH: Knock, knock!
Wolf (pipingly): Who’s there?
LRRH: It’s me, Little Red Riding Hood! I have a basket for you!
Wolf: Come iiiiin!
Narrator: Little Red Riding Hood looked at the wolf in the bed.
LRRH (looking puzzled): Grandma, what big ears you have!
Wolf: All the better to hear you with.
LRRH: And what big ears you have!
Wolf: All the better to see you with.
LRRH: And what big teeth you have!
Wolf: All the better to… EAT YOU WITH!
(Wolf is eating LRRH who is screaming loudly)
Wolf: Now I’m full. It’s time for a nap.
Scene 4
Narrator: The wolf fell asleep. A woodsman heard a loud scream and came to Grandma’s house.
(music: Aram Khachaturian, Sabre dance)
Woodsman: Oh no! The wolf ate Grandma!
Narrator: He grabbed the wolf and he squeezed… and squeezed… and squeezed the wolf!
(Grandma and LRRH appear)
Grandma: Oh thank you!
LRRH: Thank you, Mr. Woodsman!
Woodsman: No problem my dear! And you Wolf! You are a very bad wolf! You can’t eat anyone!
Wolf (sadly): I’m sorry… I won’t do that again…
Woodsman: Remember! I will be watching you!
Grandma: Thank you Woodsman, you’re the best! And you, Little Red Riding Hood – remember to always listen to your mother!
LRRH: Yes, Grandma, I will! I’m so happy you’re all right!
(Grandma is hugging LRRH)
Narrator: And they all live happily ever after.
